Cousin cleared NEET and now the family wants my 10 year old in a foundation batch

My nephew got his NEET result this month, a very good rank. Everyone is happy, rightly. But now on every family call my older son is the 'next doctor', and his kaka has sent me brochures for weekend foundation classes. He is 10 and going into class 5. He likes science and he likes taking things apart. He has never once said doctor. I don't want to put him on a coaching track at this age because of one family success. Am I being too relaxed? Has anyone started foundation this early and felt it helped?

My son is in Inter second year BiPC now. From class 8 everyone told us NEET, NEET, and we put him in weekend coaching from class 9. Now he is 17 and not sure he wants NEET at all. I don't regret the studying, but I regret that we decided for him so early. 10 years is too small. Let him enjoy science first. If he wants it, foundation can start in 8 or 9. It is not going anywhere.
