Coaching centre changed her class 12 physics teacher. Stick with it or move to a home tutor?

My daughter's coaching centre replaced her physics teacher this week with one day's notice. The new teacher seems fine but slower, and she says the batch is still on a chapter the old teacher would have finished by now. Two of her friends are moving to a home tutor and she wants to follow. I'm not against it, but a second change this early in class 12 worries me, and I'm the only one at home to manage another timetable. Has anyone switched tutors partway through class 12? Did it help, or just cost a month?

Ours are younger, so take this as general: the early classes with any new teacher feel slow because they're working out where the batch is. I'd ask her to wait for the first test the new teacher sets, then decide with marks in hand rather than with her friends' plans.

That's fair. I'll ask the centre when the first test is and hold her to it. She won't love it, but at least it's a date.
