Class 7 seats get reshuffled every month and my daughter wants me to write to the teacher

New seating chart every month, apparently so they mix. This month she's away from her friend and next to a boy who hums. She has drafted the letter for me. It's quite good. I'm inclined not to send it. One month, one humming boy, she'll live. My partner thinks we should at least ask how long the rotation runs. Is this something parents write in about, or am I right to stay out of it?
