class 12, out from 7 am to 9 pm. what does your kid eat in between

lemon_diary_7307

school 7.30 to 3.30, then coaching 5 to 8.30. he gets home around 9 and eats like he hasn't seen food in a week. lunch box comes back half eaten because there's no time i tell parents in my clinic to pack better for exactly this. turns out it's not that simple. what's working for yours

mine is going into 9 and the coaching gap is already a problem. we send a second box only for the ride back, roti rolls, nothing that needs a spoon

roti rolls in the bag is a good shout. a spoon is too much to ask of him at 4.45

      Replying to @lemon_diary_7307

Ours is only 10, but on long days we hand over something filling in the car, a banana and a peanut chikki, or a boiled egg. They eat it if it's already in their hand when they get in.
