Can a 16 year old brother do the Sunday drop at his sister's drawing class?
Our daughter (class 1) has a drawing class near Chandanagar on Sunday mornings, 10 to 11.30. I'm travelling two or three weekends a month now and my partner is often on hospital duty on Sundays, so her brother has offered to walk her there and back. He's 16 and fairly responsible once he's awake. The class has a rule that children are handed over to 'a parent or guardian'. Do these places usually accept an older sibling with a signed note, or do they insist on an adult? Asking before I send him in to negotiate with the teacher himself.
