Application forms ask 'reason for leaving current school'. What do people actually write?

Starting to fill a couple of forms for class 2 next June. Every one of them has a box for reason for leaving the current school, and one wants it signed by both parents. Our actual reasons are a bit of everything: the drive, the class sizes, a general feeling she'd do better somewhere smaller. None of it sounds great written down, and it shouldn't read like a complaint about her current school in case we end up staying. Do schools even read this box? Is 'closer to home' what everyone writes?

I've seen a fair number of these forms through work, and most people write 'closer to home' or 'looking for a smaller class size'. Both are completely normal, nobody reads it as a complaint. What they do check is whether the dates and TC details match later. Keep it short, oka line chalu.

Useful, thank you. We're starting the same exercise for class 2 and I had written a whole paragraph in the first form. Cutting it down to one line now.
