A colleague from Karmanghat asked me about class 1 at Anweshini Grammar High School

She knows I have spent far too many evenings comparing schools, so she asked me, but I know nothing about the Karmanghat side. Her son is finishing UKG at a small play school and would join class 1 in June. Her two questions, for anyone with direct experience: how the school settles children who join in class 1 rather than nursery, and what time the younger classes finish. Please say if you're going on what you've heard rather than seen. I'll pass it on as it is.

I don't know this school. Two things I would tell your colleague to ask the office directly: what the class 1 children do in their first two weeks, and whether the small classes have a separate dismissal time. Those two answers say more about the ordinary day than any brochure.
