6 yr old learnt table tennis on our dining table from his brother. any club near domalguda that takes kids this small

the elder one plays twice a week. at home they use the dining table, a row of books for a net, and my good steel plates for bats until i put a stop to that. the little one is now better at it than i am. he can barely see over a real table. do clubs take 6 yr olds, or is there a junior table somewhere around domalguda, himayatnagar or the lower tank bund side
