16 yr old has started repairing neighbours' phones on Sundays. Now he's charging them

Started with a cracked screen for the aunty next door. He watched videos, ordered the part, fixed it. Word got around the apartment and now there are three phones on his desk. This week he told me he's charging ₹200 a repair, plus parts. I'm proud, also a bit uneasy. What if he breaks something expensive? Did any of you let a teenager run something like this?

Love this. My only question would be what happens when a phone comes back worse than it went in. Does he have a plan for that, like no charge if it doesn't work? Neighbours are lovely until their phone dies. Maybe help him write two lines of 'terms' on a card. He'll feel very professional.

Let him. Better than gaming all Sunday. Mine is 10 and charges me for washing the car. Badly.
