13 year old now corrects my Telugu in front of her friends

We speak mostly English at home. My Telugu is the home kind; hers is the school kind, with proper grammar, and I'm happy she has it. Less happy that every time I try a sentence with her friends around, she corrects me. Loudly. The friends find it hilarious. I've laughed along so far. Should I be saying something, or is this just 13?

I have zero Telugu and my 2 year old will probably be correcting me before he's 4, so I'm reading this as a preview! Back in Lucknow my brother used to correct my mother's English in front of his friends. She started correcting his Hindi in front of the same friends. He stopped within a week.
