Worth also checking what happens when you don't pick up. Ours had me listed first, and when I missed two calls during a client workshop they didn't try my partner. They just kept calling me. The order on the form only helps if they actually move down it. We now have both numbers on one line with 'call either'.

No caregiver here, ours is in daycare, but we went through a teacher change there in June. What helped was the old teacher introducing the new one herself, in front of him. If your caregiver is willing to do that handover with the girls watching, I think it would carry a lot of weight.

One thing that caught us out with our son. The trial coach was lovely, and then the regular batch had someone else who mostly shouted counts from the side. He lasted five weeks. Now I ask who takes the regular batch, and I stand at the door for ten minutes on an ordinary day before paying anything.

We picked it together, a dinosaur one. He loved it in the shop. At home it's the enemy. Up late finishing work, so reading everything tonight.
