Our daughter's daycare also wrote 'slept well' for everything. We asked them to write the time she slept and woke, only for one week. After that the sheet became more honest. They did not take it badly.

My daughter is only in class 1, different level. But she also does not say in class when she does not understand, only at home. I am learning to ask her which exact sum, not 'did you understand'. Then I know if it is one sum or everything.

I teach my daughter at home in the evening, she is small, starting first class. My own schooling was Telugu medium, so English I am learning along with her, from YouTube videos. Maths and EVS I can manage. I think if father or mother can sit with them even 30 minutes daily, tuition is not needed in these classes. Later maybe, class 8 or 9.
