Which second language do the small classes start with at St.Marium High School near Charminar?

We're making a list for my daughter's next school and St.Marium came up. She's in preschool now. At home we speak Malayalam and English, and she has a little spoken Telugu from the watchman's children downstairs, nothing written. For parents with children in the early classes there: is the second language Telugu, Hindi or Urdu, and from which class does writing start? I'd also like a rough idea of how much homework comes home in the first year. The morning drive from Rajendranagar is something we're still thinking about, so I'd rather understand the rest before we visit.
