Three Saturday events at my school this month and my 2 year old's weekend routine is gone

I'm a vice principal, and an admissions open house, a parent orientation and sports trials all need me on campus on Saturdays this month. My partner covers, but our daughter is used to Saturdays with both of us and she has started clinging badly on Sunday nights. Do you change anything for a toddler when a parent's weekend work comes in a bunch like this, or just wait for the month to end?
