Three-day team offsite next month, and the baby will be about seven weeks old. Skip it?

The baby is just over four weeks old. My partner is home full time this year, so on paper we're covered. The offsite is a few hours' drive from Pune, two nights, and it's the one where next year's projects get decided. Part of me thinks two nights is nothing. The other part remembers last night at 3 am. Did anyone go to something like this in the first two months? How was it at home while you were away?
