Theatre list starts at 7:30, caregiver arrives at 7. How do other early-shift parents manage?

Two kids, 4 and 3, preschool opens at 8:30. On list days I have to leave by 6:45 and our caregiver can only come at 7. That 15 minutes is the whole problem, and on those mornings there's no other adult at home. Asked her to come earlier, she can't, her own kids are at home. Neighbours are lovely but I can't ask them to babysit at quarter to seven every week. Konchem ideas please, anyone else doing early shifts with small kids :)

no fix from me, mine's the opposite. late calls with another time zone, so mornings are on me with a 3 and 5 year old and i'm useless by 7. we've just accepted there's a stretch where they watch something while i pack bags. not proud of it. hope someone has a better answer for you
