The flat we're seeing in Shaikpet backs onto Shivaji Vidya Peeth. Anyone live that close to a school with a baby?

My partner's office has shifted west, so we're seeing flats in Shaikpet, and the best one so far shares a wall with the Shivaji Vidya Peeth High School compound. The agent keeps saying 'walking distance to school' as if that's the selling point for a family whose daughter is still on two naps. What I want is the boring detail about sound. What time does the morning noise start, is assembly on a speaker, is there band or drill practice in the afternoons when she naps, and how loud does it get in the weeks before annual day. If you live in one of the buildings around there, a real answer before we sign would help.
