Sree Rajdhani International is two lanes from us. Anyone moved older kids in at class 2 and class 4?

Both boys at a school 40 min away. Sree Rajdhani in Nizampet is basically walking distance. Thinking of shifting both next June, younger into class 2, older into class 4. Do they take new kids at those classes or is it mostly their own students moving up? Test, interaction, or just forms? Anyone who's done it 😅
