Bought our daughter a pair of shoes that squeak with every step. She loves them. She has walked the length of the flat roughly four hundred times today. My partner and I are now communicating by gestures. I think we made a mistake ❤
we had a pair like that. the squeakers 'fell out' within a week. nobody in the house ever confessed.
That pair lasted longer in our house. The squeaker was eventually removed late one night with tweezers and a torch, and our daughter never noticed. She is 18 now. I still have not told her.

Took one squeaker out yesterday as a test. She now walks with a little limp so the other shoe squeaks harder. Putting it back.
