Same board book every night, and 'again' until I stop counting
Our daughter has one book. There are others in the room, she knows they exist, she hands them back. It is a cardboard one about a duck looking for its mother. Eight pages. Last night I counted eleven readings before lights out. I teach maths. I counted because otherwise I'd lose my mind. The caregiver says she reads it four or five times in the afternoon too. Is this just the phase, or do we quietly hide it and put out something else?
