Rotating shifts, Class 1 next year, and Zikra High School is close by. How often are parents called in?

Our daughter turns 6 next year, so we are looking at schools for Class 1, and Zikra High School is close to us in Somajiguda. I work in emergency medicine on a rotating roster, and my partner's weekday hours are not flexible either. What I am trying to understand before applying is how often parents are expected at school during weekday hours: PTMs, events, orientation sessions, the occasional 'please come and meet the teacher'. If current parents could tell me roughly how many times a term, and how much notice you usually get, it would help us work out whether one of us can realistically cover it.

Is your roster published far enough ahead that a week's notice would work? That seems like the real question.

Usually two weeks ahead, and swaps are possible if I ask early. A week's notice I can manage; two days' notice I can't. I'm writing this at the end of a late shift, which more or less proves the point.

not zikra, our son is at a cbse school on our side. but roughly: one ptm a term, an orientation in june, two or three 'parents invited' events a year. the events are the problem. they come with two days' notice and always on a weekday morning
