Partner's office is moving near Mehdipatnam. When does Priyadarshini High School take KG children?

My partner's office shifts to the Mehdipatnam side sometime after the monsoon, so we're asking ourselves whether renting closer would make life easier. Our son is two, so school isn't urgent, but if we move I'd like to know what's nearby. Priyadarshini High School in Mehdipatnam keeps coming up. For parents there: do they start from KG, is there anything for younger children, and is KG a full school day? Also curious what the morning traffic around there is like with a small child in the car.

Not a parent there, but I drive through Mehdipatnam most mornings. 8 to 9 around the flyover and the rythu bazaar is slow, so if you move, live as close to wherever he'll study as you can 🤷 Rents on that side aren't much lower than Madhapur anymore either.

  That's useful, rent was going to be my next question. If it isn't much cheaper, the case for moving gets weaker.

  Same debate in our house when my partner's office moved last year, and decided against it. A two year old doesn't need to be near a school yet, and you can't know where either office will be by the time he's in class 1. We stayed near the things we use every day, the park and the paediatrician.
