Offered the regional role. It means two trips a month and my daughter is 4

I've been offered a larger regional role at work. It is the kind of role I have been working towards for a few years. It also means roughly two trips a month, usually two or three nights each. I am the only parent at home. Our caregiver can stay overnight, and she has done so for single trips before without much trouble. My daughter manages one night well. I don't know what four to six nights a month does to a 4 year old, and I don't think anyone can tell me in advance. I could ask for a version with less travel, but that is probably a smaller role. I haven't answered yet. I'm not really looking for a verdict, more for how others who travel regularly with a young child have found it after the first few months.
