Nursery near the grandparents in Neredmet instead of near home? Asking about DAV Public School

My daughter is not yet one, so this is early. My parents live in Neredmet and they do a good part of her care on the days I'm on call. We live in Attapur. We've started to wonder whether a nursery near their place would make more sense than one near ours, since they'd be doing many of the pickups. DAV Public School in Neredmet is close to them. Does anyone know whether it starts at nursery or has a class before that, and roughly when families begin enquiring for the early classes? I'm not trying to apply now, only to understand how far ahead people plan.
