Manthan School is a ten-minute walk from us. How do the little ones manage on a campus that size?

Our daughter is two and a half and we've started thinking about nursery for next year. Manthan is close enough to walk, which matters a lot to me. My worry is the size. Every evening I see the buses lined up outside and big children everywhere, and she still holds my finger to cross the colony road. Do the nursery classes have their own space and their own gate, or is it one big morning rush for everyone? If anyone has visited recently or has a child there, I would love to hear.

When we were looking for our son, every big campus said the pre-primary was 'separate', and it meant very different things. One had its own building and gate, another had a different corridor and that was it. Ask to walk the route your daughter would take from the gate to her classroom. I haven't been to Manthan, so I can't say which kind it is. For what it's worth, my Ma was far more worried about the big kids than he ever was :)

also go once at dispersal, around 3. the morning tour shows you the calm version. i teach at a school with a big campus, and the little ones' exit is where you see how organised a place really is.
