Looking for an infant first aid and CPR session in Hyderabad that's more than a slideshow

Everything goes into our five month old's mouth now. My partner and I would both like to do a proper infant first aid session, choking and CPR in particular, before she starts solids. I've found two options online. One is a two-hour webinar; the other is called a workshop but gives no detail about who teaches it. From anyone who has done one: was it taught by a doctor, nurse or certified trainer? Did you practise on a mannequin? And did you come away able to act, rather than just informed? A Saturday session anywhere central would suit us.
