Might be renting on that side next year. Daughter would be going into class 8. Her current school is done by 3.15 and she's home before 4. Someone mentioned that a few schools over there keep the middle classes back for a study hour. Does Suprabhat do that for class 7 and 8, and is it compulsory? Only collecting info for now.
If they do, ask who runs it. A study hour with a subject teacher in the room and one where the kids sit with a supervisor are very different things, and the office will call both a study hour. Also ask whether it's compulsory or only 'strongly suggested'.
We looked at schools around Nacharam and Tarnaka last year for our son, so I can't speak for class 8 there. What I did notice is that the stretch from Habsiguda to Nacharam is slow around school closing time. Whatever the official time is, add twenty minutes if you'll be collecting her by car.
