Is nursery at Millenium Stars High School near Charminar a half day, and is it taught in English?

Saw their admission banner on a Sunday trip to the old city and it's been in my head since. Nursery to class 10, state board. We're in Narsingi, so yes, it's far, and our daughter is only 3. Mostly I want to understand what state board nursery looks like compared to the CBSE playschools around us, which all sell the same 'phonics and activity' package. Is nursery there a half day? English, or a mix with Telugu and Urdu? Would like to hear from anyone whose small kids go there.
