Is Kennedy High School in Marredpally English medium for every subject, and which second languages are offered?

We may move closer to Secunderabad next year, and Kennedy High School in Marredpally is on the list for our daughter's class 8. She has been in CBSE so far, with Hindi as second language. Two specific things. Is every subject taught in English? Which second and third languages can a class 8 joiner take? Also, how do they handle a child coming in from another board at that stage? Current or recent parents, ideally. General views on State Board I've already heard plenty of.
