How are the nursery children at Noon High School in Saidabad handed over at the gate?

On my late-start days I drive past Noon High School around noon, and there's always a line of tiny children in caps holding on to a rope, walked out by two teachers to a crowd of parents, autos and grandparents on scooters. It looks orderly, but I can never tell how. Our daughter is still a baby, so this is years away for us, but I've started noticing how different schools do it. Does anyone know how the handover works there for the small classes? Do parents need a card, can an auto uncle collect, what happens if nobody has come? Nothing beyond that, I'm only curious how it's done.
