Can't help with that school. Is that the clinic you're at most days? A school near work only helps if the work stays put.
No first-hand experience of Gautami, so take this for what it is. If she's coming from IB, which grade 4 suggests, add the second language to your list of questions. Two boys joined my son's class from IB in class 6 and both said Telugu was the hard part, much more than maths. Worth asking the school what they expect from a joiner and whether there's any catch-up help.
