Fee sheet from the college lists tuition. Nothing about hostel, books or lab costs

Daughter is 19, comparing two options for the next three years. Both colleges sent fee quotes. One page each. Tuition only. Hostel, mess, books, lab material, the trips they mention in the brochure, nothing. How do you get the full yearly figure out of a college before committing? Asking a second time feels silly but I can't compare two half pictures.
