Factory shift starts at 7.30, and every daycare near Kothrud opens at 8.30

Going back to the unit full time next month. I need to be there for the morning shift start at least three days a week. Partner's consulting days begin later, but there's travel. Every daycare I've seen near Kothrud opens at 8.30, one at 8. Did anyone find a place that takes babies earlier, or did you use a nanny just for the first hour or two? Relatives help sometimes, not every morning.
