Every spoonful comes back out with a raspberry. Do we keep going?

7 months, started solids a few weeks ago. He opens his mouth for the spoon, takes it in, looks me in the eye and blows the whole lot back out. Mostly onto my shirt. I know what I'd say to parents in clinic. What I want to know is how long this went on in real houses (ha).

Oh I remember this one. My son did the raspberry spit for weeks, maybe a month and a half. What helped was less on the spoon and no reaction at all when it came back out, because the reaction was clearly the best part for him. He's in college now and eats everything in the fridge ❤
