Driving to Annie Besant High School in Ramanthapur for a Sunday karate grading

linen_gecko_1790

Our 8 year old's karate class is holding its belt grading this Sunday at Annie Besant High School in Ramanthapur. Children have to report by 8. We're in Nallagandla and have never been to that side of the city. Two questions for anyone who knows that area: is there anywhere to park near the school on a Sunday morning, and roughly how long should we allow from the Gachibowli side at that hour? I'd rather leave too early than have him walk in late on grading day.

Haven't been to the school itself. I do customer visits on the Uppal side quite often though. Sunday at 7 from your end, ORR to Uppal and then in, expect about 45 to 50 minutes. On a weekday it would be double. Leave by 6.50 and you'll have a few minutes to spare.

carry chairs and food. gradings take forever. my daughter's took four hours when she was small and we only saw her for six minutes of it

Four hours, noted. Ramanthapur is about twenty minutes from us. The lanes off the main road get narrow there, so on a Sunday I'd park on the bigger road and walk the last bit rather than try to get close to the gate.
