Does Sri Niketan High School in Attapur assess children joining in class 1?

We've begun our list for next June, when our daughter moves to class 1. She is in a play-based preschool now and hasn't done much writing. Sri Niketan in Attapur is on our list after a colleague mentioned it. Before we visit, I'd like to know what the admission process looks like at that stage. Is there a written test, an interaction with the child, or only a meeting with parents? I would rather prepare her for the format than have it surprise her on the day.

    no idea about this school. when my daughter joined, years ago, most schools on our side did a short chat with the child, colours, a story, nothing written. best to call the office and ask what the day involves

    Ask also whether the child's interaction is on the same day as the parent meeting. At our son's school they were on different days and I had to take two half days.

      I tried calling their office yesterday and couldn't get through. Will try again on Monday and post here whatever they tell me.
