Does Jyothi Vidyalaya High School in Ramachandrapuram take class 8 joiners from CBSE?

Looking around for my son's class 8 next year, nothing decided. He's in CBSE now. A friend from my weekend badminton group has his kids at Jyothi Vidyalaya High School in Ramachandrapuram and speaks well of the place, so it's on the list even though we're in Puppalaguda. Do they take new students into class 8 at all, or do their own class 7 children fill it? And if they do, is there an entrance test, and what does it usually cover for a boy coming from CBSE?
