Does Jasrath Mission High School near Charminar have an official channel for notices?

We are looking at a few schools in the old city for our 9 year old for next year, since my partner's business is on that side and the commute would be simpler. Jasrath Mission High School near Charminar is one of them. I teach, so I know what to ask about academics. What I can't judge from a visit is the communication side. At her current school one class group carries everything: bus delays, homework photos, birthday wishes and long debates about exam rumours. The one message that matters sits between forty others and I miss it. For current parents at Jasrath Mission: is there a separate official channel for notices, or does it all come through class groups? Mixed experiences are fine, I mostly want to know how it works day to day.

Don't know this school's setup, sorry. From the teacher side, my suggestion: at admission, ask which single channel is official for circulars and whether teachers post in the parent groups at all. Most of those groups are run by parents and the school isn't answerable for what's said there. Once you know the official route, you can mute the rest without worrying.
