Do children from other preschools get into class 1 at Veda Kidz, or does their own UKG fill it?

Our son goes to a little neighbourhood preschool in Nizampet that stops before class 1, so next year we have to move him. Veda Kidz in Kukatpally is close enough and goes up to class 8, which would mean no second move for a good while. Working in a school myself, I know every office says 'subject to availability'. What I can't tell from outside is whether class 1 there really has room for new children, or whether most seats go to their own UKG children moving up. If your child joined in class 1 from elsewhere, how did it go? Did they assess him, or was it only a conversation with you?
