Asking current Vidya Niketan High School parents about talking to nursery teachers

We're comparing a few schools for next year, State Board and CBSE, and Vidya Niketan High School in Langar Houz is on the list (it's further from AS Rao Nagar than we'd like, but we're widening the search). One thing I'd like to understand before visiting: how do parents of nursery and LKG children raise small, recurring things with the teacher? My 4 year old's reports from school are unreliable. Last month it was 'nobody gave me water' every day for a week, which turned out to be a new bottle he couldn't open. I don't want to send a long message every night, but I would like a way to ask one quick question. Is there a diary, a fixed time to catch the teacher, an app? Anything current parents can share would help.
