A holiday notice with Academic Heights Public School's name on it landed in our KPHB class group

Not a complaint about the school, more a question about how these things travel. Yesterday someone forwarded a photo of a notice about Dasara holidays into my son's class group, with Academic Heights Public School, Ramanthapur printed at the top. We're in KPHB and his school is a completely different one. Within an hour there were forty messages, one mother had already called her in-laws about changing travel plans, and someone asked if our school had been taken over. The class teacher sorted it out by evening. If an Academic Heights parent is reading: did this notice reach your group too, and was it even yours? Mostly I'm curious how a Ramanthapur notice crossed the city to us in one morning.
