KLAY in Banjara Hills has come up while comparing care options near our work route. We would want to know whether a short first visit is possible and what families can ask about settling in. I am not assuming this location has a particular policy. Which questions helped you understand the transition process at centres you contacted?

    I ask what the centre suggests doing before the first full day, and whether they explain it to parents in advance.

      Preparing before day one would make me feel better too.

    A useful question is what they communicate if the child takes longer to settle than expected.
