16 year old wants to do a night turtle walk at Besant Nagar with friends. Starts near midnight

Her friends have signed up for one of the volunteer turtle walks on the beach before the season ends. They walk the shore through the night looking for nests and finish around dawn. Two of the girls' parents are going too, so it isn't only teenagers. Ba thinks it's a lovely thing to do. My partner thinks the beach at 2 am is no place for anyone. I'm somewhere in between and she wants a yes by Friday 🙂
