14 year old won't wear a raincoat and reaches school soaked. Her choice, she says

Every rainy morning, same scene. Raincoat stays on the hook, umbrella is 'for aunties'. She walks to the bus stop, gets wet, and sits in an AC classroom like that for half the day. Mornings it's just the two of us, and starting every day with a fight before 7 is not something I want. Bas, do I let her get wet and figure it out, or keep pushing? Is a spare uniform in the bag too much fuss for a 14 year old?
