back at the factory in about three months. my mother has offered to do all of it, full days, and she means it. it's a lot for anyone, five days a week with a small baby. i'd want a caregiver alongside her from the start, at least for the lifting and the days she's tired. she hears 'caregiver' as 'you don't trust me'. anyone set up a grandparent plus paid help arrangement. how did you split it without someone feeling replaced
