6on Sunday outing near Somajiguda that works for both a 5 year old and a 12 year old?
When my daughter was younger we had the same age gap with her cousins. The planetarium show worked better than I expected, because the older ones could pretend it was for the little ones and still enjoy it. Short, dark, comfortable seats. The other thing that helped was giving the older child a job, like being in charge of the map or the camera. Does your 12 year old have something he likes doing with his hands?
2on Son has one offer from campus placements and wants to wait for a better company
Before he declines, check exactly what the rule says. Many colleges have a 'dream company' clause where a student with one offer can still sit for companies above a certain package. If his college has that, he may not need to choose at all. The placement cell will have the policy in writing. I'd read it rather than rely on what his batchmates say.
0on Dance class showcase rehearsal. She has perfected the bow and nothing else
At least she understands how a performance ends. Ours used to walk off halfway through to come and sit with me in the audience. The teacher eventually gave her the job of holding the flag at the side, which she took very seriously.
6on My mother insists on doing the night feeds so I can 'work'. She is exhausted and won't admit it
My mother-in-law lived with us when our daughter was a baby, and she was the same. What finally worked wasn't an offer to help, it was a fixed arrangement: I took Friday and Saturday nights, no discussion, and she could sleep late those mornings. An offer she could refuse; a schedule she mostly accepted.
