When mine was that small my attamma and our nanny also had their own ways. What worked for us was letting my mother-in-law own the feeds, since she was with him most of the day, and leaving naps to whoever was putting him down. Splitting it like that meant nobody felt overruled on everything. He's 4 now and none of it mattered much, though I know that is easy to say later.
