2·20 May 2026·on Is there much for a girl who runs at Eastern Public School in Sainikpuri?

My son's school has a decent ground, and school athletics still meant one sports day a year. If she wants to compete, an outside athletics club will matter more than which school she is in. We go to one on weekends and the school never comes into it.

0·13 May 2026·on A colleague keeps saying 'IGCSE from nursery' about Sancta Maria in Lingampally. What does that mean for a 3 year old?

No direct experience of that school, ours are CBSE. But I asked the same question when we were choosing, and what I understood then is that these schools follow their own primary programme in the lower classes, and the IGCSE name really refers to the end. In nursery, the differences we saw between schools were class size and how much writing they pushed, not the board. Visit and look at a nursery classroom when the time comes.
