Would you ask about communications before anything else?

When I looked up Ryan International School, Kondapur, I realised almost every decision depends on how we would receive reliable school information. I won't guess what system this particular school uses. Is it reasonable to ask the office what channels are official, and who handles routine questions?

    Yes. Knowing the official channel can prevent confusion later.

      That's a much more useful question than just asking whether they have an app.

    Also ask how families are told about changes, without presuming it's instantaneous.

    I would ask what information is valid for the year you are enquiring about, rather than a previous intake.
