What should I ask about the bus before signing up at Hello Kids in Narsingi

We are considering Hello Kids near Hare Krishna in Narsingi for my daughter, who is 5. The bus would make our mornings much easier, because I travel for work some weeks and our caregiver cannot do a drive every day. The part I am not comfortable with yet is the handover. I don't know who receives her at the stop if the caregiver is a few minutes late, whether she would be brought back to school or kept on the bus, and how I would be told if the bus skips or misses our stop. A convenient route is not worth much if I find out about a problem an hour later. For those who have used a preschool bus anywhere, which questions turned out to matter, and which answers did you ask to have in writing?
